Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please email us at email@example.com with your invoice number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method and send you an email to let you know it's being processed.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds often take 3-7 days to process. If you haven’t received your refund, please allow time for the processing to occur.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the product or have purchased the incorrect size for your dog, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will work with you to ensure we can resolve this.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
However, if you have requested a refund due to your item being defective or damaged, we will refund you the shipping expense.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
